Teghan Mullin of the Kamloops Storm is this week’s Young Guns, presented by the Next Shift Network, as he collected three assists in their 8-1 win against the Chase Heat.

Storm General Manager Matt Kolle said in that game, much like his season, Mullin demonstrated the “very high hockey IQ” that has.

“All his teammates like playing with him because he reads the play well, he finds the soft spots, and that shows in his point output,” said Kolle, as Mullin is second on the Storm with 25 points in 27 games and leads the team with 18 assists. “He’s in the right place at the right time and good things happen. Everybody is happy to play with Teghan because they know he will make the right play.”
