PJHL Down KIJHL In BCHC Prospects Game

The Pacific Junior Hockey League Prospects downed the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League Prospects 5-3 in the annual BCHC Prospects game in Kamloops Tuesday night. Ryan Oatman led the way for the PJHL squad with a goal and an assist. Zach Lagrange, Peyton Hu, Daniel Zhou, and Brandon Osborne in to an empty net also tallied for the P while Kamloops Storm Jake Phillips-Watts scored for the K along with Hayden Evans and Tysin Mulligan. The Storm’s Teghan Mullin also added an assist. The P outshot the K 42-25 on the night as Matthew Candusso and Maddox Osaka get the win in net while Nathan Preston and Nick Kunyk get the loss. Preston and Oatman were their teams respective game MVPs.
