This workshop has been created to explore the ideas surrounding Body Sovereignty, what it means for the land, our relationships with others, and our relationship with our own body.
As part of TRU’s Red Zone campaign, an Intro to Body Sovereignty will explore these concepts and ask participants to reflect on Indigenous ways of knowing and engage in dialogue to recognize autonomy and embracing our bodies as our homes in order to help us to be more informed, aware and engaged.
