The 4 th annual Kamloops International Buskers Festival (KIBF) returns to a newly renovated Riverside Park July 27 – 30, 2023.

This free to attend, all ages festival is presented on outdoor stages and includes a balance of both professional and local performers.

We are looking forward to filling the park with amazing talent and entertainment for the weekend and are putting the call out to our local/regional performers! We are looking for everything from balloon twisters, to roving magicians, caricaturists, spray paint artists, musicians, and more. The KIBF will feature busk stops throughout the park, a designated amplified Music Stop, a Learn to Busk Kids Zone, and a variety of live art installations. If you have a unique talent and want to showcase it to a captive audience, now’s your time.

The KIBF recognizes the importance of supporting artists and performers all year round, so back again for 2023, the KIBF would like to offer annual memberships to the Kamloops Arts Council for any local performers/artists who sign up to attend the festival. Registration information can be found on the busk stop application form.

We are now also accepting applications for our artist/artisan village and food village. Application forms can be found online at https://kamloopsbuskers.com/apply-now/ In addition to our local/regional talent, we also have 6 professional street performers from Canada, the United States and Australia, who will converge on Kamloops for 4 days of incredible fun. Our all-star lineup will be released soon, so stay tuned!
