Do you have tightness in your neck, shoulders or back?
Would you like to set aside time weekly to relax the body and rest the mind?
If this sounds like you, join the Wellness Centre for Mindful Movement classes with Cheryl Kinshella.
Cheryl has a BSc in Psychology and a Masters in Physical Therapy. She is a certified Transformational Meditation teacher with advanced training in trauma, social justice and the nervous system.
This series will help to decrease stress & tension, improve sleep quality, provide rest and relaxation and increase focus.
