Join Kate and her crystal singing bowls for an hour of music and mindfulness that will leave you feeling great from the inside out. Enjoy creating a meditation nest to “bathe” in healing frequencies during a 60-minute sound bath experience where we practice being alone, together. Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, items to make yourself cozy and wear comfortable clothing.
