TRUSU’s Annual Winter Fest – TRU Newsroom

November 3, 2022 at 5:03 pm  Education, Kamloops, News

It’s the most magical time of the year. Celebrate the start of the holiday season with your friends, TRU staff, and members of the Kamloops community at the TRUSU Annual Winter Fest on Wednesday, November 23. This one-of-a-kind event will feature horse-drawn rides around the Campus Commons, activity and art booths, a hot cider station, cookies, hot chocolate, shoot a puck against the goalie from Kamloops Storm, large firepits, marshmallow roasting, a food truck and more!

At dusk, help us officially light up the large 60-foot holiday tree for the first time in the season.

Wait, it gets better – admission and all the activities at the event (except the food truck) are free.

This event is family-friendly and open to all.
