Pope Francis attends community event in Iqaluit (without interpretation)

Pope Francis takes part in a community event in Iqaluit on the final day of his visit to Canada. The Inuit community is hosting the event, which is being held in the square outside Nakasuk Elementary School. The Pope visited Canada from July 24 to 29 to meet with Indigenous peoples and to address the role of the Catholic Church in Canada’s residential school system. The papal visit also included stops in Alberta and Quebec.
