TRU student Caitlin Quist studied an urban farm on the Kamloops North Shore run by volunteers that last year produced more than 6,000 lbs. of food. Funded by Thompson Rivers University and Mitacs, the Butler Farm project is unique in that people who need food come to the farm and harvest it themselves. Read more
