There are groups dedicated to providing access to renewable energy resources and September’s Co-op Café will review the Community Generation Project Incubator that helped twenty communities move from being interested in renewable energy to creating clear roadmaps for generating renewable energy that create community benefit. This includes the creation of three co-ops! This presentation will provide an overview of community scale renewable energy generation, learning modules in the project incubator, and discuss the related co-op development. Challenges and Opportunities in the community generation space will also be discussed.
