Former Ontario Finance Minister on the Delay of the Gordie Howe International Bridge Opening

The opening of the Gordie Howe International Bridge has been delayed despite the $6.4-billion crossing being complete and ready for service. Canadian and U.S. officials say outstanding issues still need to be resolved before the bridge can open. CPAC host Marc-André Cossette speaks with Dwight Duncan, former Ontario deputy premier and finance minister and former chair of the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority, about the delay and what it means for the project.
