Canadian Muslim Public Affairs Council launches policy handbook on Islamophobia – June 4, 2026

The Canadian Muslim Public Affairs Council holds a news conference in Ottawa for the launch of its policy handbook on Islamophobia. The event comes ahead of the fourth anniversary of the June 6, 2021 hate-motivated attack on a Muslim family in London, Ontario.

Also speaking at the news conference are NDP MP Heather McPherson, former MP Lindsay Mathyssen, and representatives from several non-profit groups.
