Three federal by-elections are being held tonight, and the results could give the Liberals a majority. The closest race to watch is Terrebonne in the Montreal area, where margins have been razor-thin. Michael Serapio speaks with Martin Patriquin, Quebec correspondent for The Logic and Eric Grenier, founder and writer of The Writ, about what’s at stake in Quebec, shifting voter trends, and what tonight could mean for the Liberals and the Bloc Québécois.
