Anti-euthanasia group urges against MAiD for mental illness – April 13, 2026

Members of the Euthanasia Prevention Coalition hold a news conference in Ottawa to reiterate their support for Bill C-218, a private member’s bill that would block the expansion of medical assistance in dying (MAiD) to people suffering solely from mental illness.
