2026 NDP Convention – Leadership Showcase: Avi Lewis

NDP leadership candidate Avi Lewis addresses delegates at the party’s 2026 convention in Winnipeg. Lewis is introduced Savhanna Wilson, his campaign manager, and is joined on stage by Leah Gazan (NDP MP for Winnipeg Centre), Niall Ricardo (NDP president), and Naomi Klein (author, filmmaker). The results of the party’s leadership vote will be announced on the final day of the convention. (March 28, 2026)
