Public service union releases report on Phoenix pay system issues – February 23, 2026

At a news conference in Ottawa, the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) releases its report on the issues that plagued the Phoenix pay system for the federal public service. The release marks ten years since the launch of the system.
