At the Munich Security Conference in Germany, Defence Minister David McGuinty participates in a panel discussion on strengthening defense industrial cooperation.

Also speaking are Richard Marles (deputy prime minister and defence minister of Australia), Hélène Conway-Mouret (vice-chair of the French Senate’s committee on foreign affairs, defence and armed forces), Christopher Coons (member of the U.S. Senate committee on foreign relations), René Obermann (member of the Munich Security Conference Foundation council), and panel moderator Jana Puglierin (head of the European Council on Foreign Relations’ Berlin office).
