U.S. think tank discusses probe into CCP “united front” group activities in Canada

In Ottawa, representatives from the Jamestown Foundation, a U.S. defence policy think tank, reveal the findings of their investigation into the activities of the Chinese Communist Party’s united front groups in Canada and other Western countries.
Speaking at the news conference are the Jamestown Foundation’s Peter Mattis and Cheryl Yu, as well as former Lt. Gen. Christopher Coates and former MP Kevin Vuong. (February 11, 2026)
