After U.S. President Donald Trump threatened to withhold approval of the Gordie Howe International Bridge in a social media post, questions were raised about trade, ownership, and investor confidence.

Former Ontario Finance Minister Dwight Duncan joins Michael Serapio to explain why he is not surprised by Trump’s tactics, what the bridge means for both Canada and the U.S., and how Ottawa should respond.
