A flag-raising ceremony is held to mark the opening of the Canadian consulate in Nuuk, Greenland. Foreign Affairs Minister Anita Anand, Greenland’s Foreign Affairs Minister Vivian Motzfeldt, and Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami President Natan Obed deliver remarks.
