Ontario Premier Doug Ford and New Brunswick Premier Susan Holt speak with reporters in Ottawa. They are joined by Craig Bell Estabrooks, the president and CEO of Port Saint John.

The news conference comes as provincial and territorial leaders gather for a meeting in Ottawa, with Prime Minister Mark Carney expected to meet with them tomorrow.
