Premier Tim Houston attends launch of African Heritage Month in Nova Scotia – January 27, 2026

At a ceremony in Cherry Brook, Premier Tim Houston attends the official launch of African Heritage Month in Nova Scotia. This year’s theme is “Strength in unity: moving forward with purpose, prosperity, power, and progress.”

Also attending the event are Mike Savage, lieutenant governor of the province, and Twila Grosse, the minister of African Nova Scotian Affairs.
