Liberals react to Canada’s U.S. ambassador stepping down – December 10, 2025

Ministers and Liberal MPs speak with reporters in Ottawa as the federal party holds its weekly caucus meeting. They face questions on Kirsten Hillman’s decision to step down as Canada’s ambassador to the U.S., the upcoming Ontario Liberal leadership race, and the fall sitting of Parliament.
