Pipeline: Un accord conclut entre Ottawa et l’Alberta

Le gouvernement fédéral et l’Alberta ont signé aujourd’hui une entente facilitant la construction d’un pipeline vers la Colombie-Britannique, une annonce qui a provoqué la démission choc de Steven Guilbeault du cabinet de Mark Carney. Pendant ce temps, la Colombie-Britannique et les Premières Nations demeurent farouchement opposées au projet. Yvan Cliche, spécialiste de l’énergie au Centre d’études et de recherches internationales de l’Université de Montréal, analyse les derniers développements entourant cette entente.
