«C’est une bonne journée pour le Canada», dit le Premier ministre Mark Carney alors qu’il rencontre la Première ministre Danielle Smith avant la signature de l’accord énergétique Canada-Alberta. «Ce protocole d’accord va rendre le Canada (et l’Alberta) plus indépendant, plus résilient, plus fort».
