Students from EVNT 2260 Managing Festivals and Events class and Culinary Arts invite you to Snow Shack!

Enjoy hot food, a DJ and retro ’70s/’80s ski lodge vibes while watching freestyle athletes perform just outside at Rail Riot.

Date: Friday, Nov. 21

Time: 5 – 9 p.m.

Location: Scratch Cafe, TRU Kamloops campus

Rider mains

Powder bowl chili (beef) 

    • Hearty beef and bean chili topped with cheddar, scallions and crispy corn chips.

Powder bowl chili (v)  

    • Roasted vegetables, beans, and lentils in a smoky tomato-chili base with cheddar and tortilla crunch.

Throwback mac ‘n’ cheese  

    • Creamy three-cheese pasta with buttered crumbs and smoked paprika glow dust.

Turbo taco bowl  

    • Choose your style: roasted chicken with cheddar and Riot hot sauce, OR roasted veggie with citrus slaw and pico.

Sides and snow snacks 

Snow shack poutine  

    • Crispy fries, cheese curds and hot gravy for peak ski-hill energy.

Snowdrift fries  

    • Classic salted fries with après dipping sauce.

Glowstick caesar salad  

    • Romaine, house caesar dressing, parmesan snow, neon-crunch croutons.
