La lecture du budget du gouvernement libéral confirme le choix du premier ministre Carney de reléguer les objectifs climatiques au second plan au profit de gains économiques. En entrevue avec Marc-André Cossette, Julie Segal, responsable principale de programme chez Environmental Defence, affirme qu’il s’agit sans doute d’une occasion manquée de faire avancer la transition énergétique vers une véritable économie verte au Canada.
