Le ministre fédéral des Finances, François-Philippe Champagne, présentera demain son budget. Jusqu’où le gouvernement est-il prêt à aller pour transformer l’économie canadienne? En entrevue avec Marc-André Cossette, Yves Giroux, ancien directeur parlementaire du budget, croit que le prochain exercice affichera un déficit important.
