Nunavut Inuit leaders urge federal support for infrastructure projects – October 30, 2025

At a news conference in Ottawa, Paul Irngaut, vice president of Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated (NTI), calls on the federal government to include four Inuit-led projects in its national infrastructure priorities.

NTI is a Nunavut organization that manages Inuit responsibilities and ensures federal and territorial governments meet their obligations.
