Prime Minister Mark Carney is currently in Asia looking for more trading partners. Vina Nadjibulla, the vice-president for research and strategy at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, points out that signing agreements isn’t enough and that Canada must develop its infrastructures and productivity in order to do trade in Asia.
