La CAQ dépose son projet de constitution québécoise

Le gouvernement de François Legault a déposé hier à l’Assemblée nationale son projet de constitution québécoise. Ce texte vise à « protéger les droits individuels et collectifs » et à inscrire dans le droit québécois certaines valeurs jugées fondamentales. Toutefois, plusieurs observateurs s’interrogent sur la pertinence d’une telle démarche, particulièrement dans un contexte préélectoral marqué par l’absence de consensus. Daniel Turp, professeur émérite à la Faculté de droit de l’Université de Montréal et ancien député du Bloc québécois et du Parti québécois, analyse en compagnie de notre animateur Marc-André Cossette les implications politiques de ce projet.
