Premiers François Legault and Doug Ford hold a news conference alongside U.S. governors at the conclusion of the 2025 Leadership Summit of the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Governors & Premiers. The three-day event brings together the premiers of Quebec and Ontario with the governors of a number of U.S. states.
