Journée nationale de la vérité et de la réconciliation: Le Canada respecte-t-il ses engagements?

À la veille de la Journée nationale de la vérité et de la réconciliation, des voix s’élèvent pour remettre en question la volonté du Canada de poursuivre ses engagements en la matière. Dix ans après la publication des 94 appels à l’action de la Commission de vérité et réconciliation, seulement 15 % auraient été pleinement réalisés, selon le site Indigenous Watchdog. La sénatrice Michèle Audette, membre du groupe progressiste du Sénat, nuance toutefois ce constat, estimant que certaines données manquantes pourraient faire augmenter ce pourcentage. Elle en discute avec notre chef d’antenne, Marc-André Cossette.
