13:00 ET / 10:00 PT: Privacy authorities discuss investigation into TikTok

In Ottawa, federal Privacy Commissioner Philippe Dufresne holds a news conference alongside several of his provincial counterparts to discuss the findings of their joint investigation into social media platform TikTok.

Joining Dufresne are Naomi Ayotte (acting vice-president and commissioner of the oversight division at the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec), Michael Harvey, Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia), and Diane McLeod (Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta).
