Canada falls to 71st for gender representation in politics: Shari Graydon on paths to parity

Informed Perspectives’ Shari Graydon spoke with CPAC’s Michael Serapio about Canada falling to 71st place globally for women’s political representation, according to the Inter-Parliamentary Union. The organization released new research with Abacus Data that shows the vast majority of Canadians believe equal gender representation at all levels of government is important. Graydon talks about what other countries are doing to improve parity and the measures Canada could explore.
