Témoignage de la ministre Geneviève Guilbault à la Commission Gallant – 22 août 2025

La ministre des Transports, Geneviève Guilbault, comparaît devant la Commission Gallant, relancée après une pause estivale, pour témoigner sur le fiasco du projet numérique SAAQclic. Son témoignage fait suite à celui du ministre François Bonnardel, son prédécesseur aux Transports. Cette enquête publique, présidée par le juge Denis Gallant, cherche à expliquer les raisons des dépassements de coûts (estimés à 1,1 G$) et cherche à savoir qui savait quoi. La participation de Mme Guilbault est particulièrement scrutée dans un contexte où les oppositions dénoncent une négligence grave et un manque de transparence, citant de nombreuses réunions ministérielles sur le dossier SAAQclic.
