Appelé à réagir aux propos du chef de l’OTAN qui dit que les frappes américaines respectent le droit international, le PM Mark Carney renvoie la balle à l’Iran en soulignant que plusieurs de ses actions sont condamnables: « Ce sont des violations du droit international. »
