Le sénateur démocrate Alex Padilla a été expulsé de force d’un point de presse tenu à Los Angeles par Kristi Noem, secrétaire d’État à la Sécurité intérieure. Pour le professeur Charles-Philippe David, cette intervention musclée pourrait nuire à l’image des démocrates plutôt que de leur profiter.
