Le gouvernement Carney a déposé vendredi un projet de loi visant l’élimination des barrières au commerce interprovincial et de favoriser la réalisation rapide et sans trop de contraintes de grands projets nationaux. Ceci fait suite à la rencontre des premiers ministres de lundi, où l’optimiste était de mise entre les premiers ministres des provinces et celui du Canada. Mais le premier ministre Mark Carney peut-il arriver à ses fins sans trop déplaire à la population ni à ses divers partenaires ?
