Starting soon: King Charles III takes part in wreath-laying ceremony at National War Memorial

King Charles III and Queen Camilla take part in a wreath-laying ceremony at the National War Memorial in Ottawa. The King and Queen Camilla are in Canada on a two-day visit during which the King delivered the Speech from the Throne to open the 45th Parliament.
