King Charles III and Prime Minister Mark Carney deliver brief remarks ahead of their meeting at Rideau Hall in Ottawa. The King and Queen Camilla are in Canada on a two-day visit during which the King will deliver the Speech from the Throne to open the 45th Parliament.
