PM Carney signs middle-class tax cut order #cdnpoli

PM Mark Carney signs an order that he says will deliver his government’s proposed middle-class tax cut by July 1st. “Canadians sent a clear message that they need to see improvements in their affordability,” he says, after the first meeting of his new cabinet.
