Mark Carney and Pierre Poilievre both appeared on Radio-Canada’s popular French-language television program Tout le monde en parle this Sunday. CPAC’s Michael Serapio discusses their performance, and sets the stage for Wednesday and Thursday’s French and English leaders debates with journalist Christopher Nardi (National Post) and communication strategist Martine St-Victor.
