Liberal leader Mark Carney decided on Thursday to pause his electoral campaign for the third time in order to meet on Friday with his Canada – U.S. cabinet committee and discuss the impact on of President Donald Trump’s ongoing global trade war. But this time, questions have been raised by observers and the opposition parties about whether meeting with his cabinet is really necessary this time .
