Prime Minister Mark Carney speaks with reporters in Ottawa before chairing a meeting of the cabinet committee on Canada-U.S. relations. The Liberal leader has paused his election campaign for meetings to discuss Canada’s response to U.S. President Donald Trump’s newly announced tariffs on multiple countries.
