Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe responds to U.S. tariffs – March 5, 2025

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe speaks with reporters in Regina about his government’s response to the U.S. tariffs on Canadian goods, which took effect yesterday. The premier announces that the provincial alcohol board will immediately cease to buy and sell U.S. alcohol, and that provincial government projects will seek to minimize their procurement from U.S. companies.
