Liberal leadership candidate Frank Baylis holds a press conference in Ottawa to share his prosperity agenda for the country. The agenda includes investing in Canadian businesses, achieving the NATO defence spending target of 2 per cent of GDP, and starting a prosperity fund for future generations.
