Enjoy this short clip featuring the artwork of Marina and Eva Sosnina created in real time along to a performance of Julian Yu’s orchestration of Mussorgsky’s “Pictures at an Exhibition”.

The Kamloops Symphony with music director Dina Gilbert present Sounds in Sand, an online concert experience available to view on-demand from Saturday, March 13 to Sunday, April 11. This performance features guest artists Marina and Eva Sosnina. Watch as this mother-daughter duo “paint” along to a “modestly modern” arrangement of Mussorgsky’s classic “Pictures at an Exhibition” for chamber orchestra and create a brand-new work along to Canadian composer Iman Habibi’s Radiant Light.
