L’ancien premier ministre Stephen Harper a déclaré mardi, devant une foule à Ottawa, que s’il était encore aux rennes du pays, il accepterait que le Canada encaisse toute forme d’attaque économique provenant des États-Unis, quitte à s’appauvrir, afin de protéger la souveraineté du pays. Mais jusqu’à quel point est-ce possible ? Nous en discutons avec Norma Kozhaya, vice-présidente à la recherche et économiste en chef au Conseil du patronat du Québec.
