Restoring Centre Block’s Heritage Masonry

Restoring the façade of the Centre Block is one of the major challenges of the rehabilitation project. Twenty thousand square metres of masonry surface needs to be cleaned; that’s about 365,000 stones that must be removed for repair or replacement. Watch PSPC Project Manager Jeff Meek explain what needs to be done to restore Centre Block to its former glory.
